We have been working closely with Flagship Studios and HanbitSoft to further investigate the process for upgrading our servers. We are all dedicated to resolving this issue correctly and with as little disruption to our player base as we can achieve. IAH, Flagship Studios and HanbitSoft have activated our full resources in this effort, and we will have an updated announcement on the issue tomorrow.
In addition to upgrading the server database, Flagship Studios is also seeking to improve the South East Asian Hellgate: London game service by fixing other known issues.
